Leadership BMTA: If your staffs didn't know what to do, it is your fault of not training them to do the right thing! It is SAD to see this Civil Service has a very poor standard ! NO DISCIPLINE !! Chatuchak, at BTS & MRT station for the Commuter Vans. You keep changing the location and no sign, communication to PUBLIC that use the Service. Plus, Taxi is not in the ordering manage - they park anywhere and everywhere, in the middle of the street, endanger the Pedestrians. Lastly, the Motorcycle Taxi too, has no respect to no-one, they are all over the place and invaded the Foot-Path ( violated the Pedestrians' RIGHT ) Leadership is by example and communicate to the staffs with the same Vision and Mission ! Keep the Higher Standard !!!
